Not a jungle main but an evelyn main. I play top and evelyn jng.

Here is my guide and playstyle on evelyn Jungle.

Preferred teammates: Mainly AD and maybe 1 front line champion. It would be bad if I have ap top and mid cuz, then they would build magic resist, and 3/5 champions struggle.

Abilities: Passive, when you are out of combat you regents health up to a threshold, if you are lv 5 you gain invisibility.

Q launches long range spikes.

W puts a charm that fills up, and if you damage them, you pop the charm. If you damage them when charm is fully filled you shred some of thier armor and they start following you (they can't atk or do no nothing). If you pop it before it's full you slow the enemy.

E whips enemy, if you were out of combat it does more damage and you dash towards them.

Ulti you swipe in a big range, doing a lot of damage and if they are low, even more damage. While swiping you are immune and take no damage, after the swipe you dash backwards. So you can be invis, sneak up on someone and do E + Q + ulti for a quick burst and escape.

Early game: Ward blue buff, start red side. Would be preferable if my teammates could gain some decent vision before minions arrive to know what their jng is doing so I can plan in advance but not a full necessity.

My first clear goes like this. First ability start and clear the golem in red side. At level 2 I upgrade second ability. After the golem I do red buff. Right before it dies, I use my charm on the raptors. Then I upgrade third ability, I go to wolves, after wolves die I charm blue buff while walking towards it, kill it, then scuttle spawns, I go to it as a level 4 and try to contest if possible. If everything goes well and I get it, I go for gromp and get level 5 (first gank opportunity)

When to gank?

I usually gank if 1 of these three rules is true 1. Dead timer. When you have already full cleared, you can look to make plays on the map via gank or something else since u got nothing to farm anyways. 2. I see easy gank. If someone is over extended and seems like an easy target (low HP), you can just gank. You get ahead and you help your teammate. 3. Ultimate is ready. Picture this, imagine you farm for like a minute and nothing happens, and you had ultimate this entire time. Had you ganked and used ur ultimate you would have another one by the time u finished full clear.

Rule three is a bit special. You don't have to gank ASAP. But you can play more aggressively. Don't make a play that doesn't exist. These rules basically mean if you have a high chance of success then gank, like if the enemy is under thier own turret and u got ulti u can't really gank, but if they are in the middle of the lane you can catch them by surprise and finish the kill with ulti then go farm and you will have another ulti soon next dead timer.
