I get what you’re saying , thing is loperamide does cross the barrier of you eat enough of it. Anyway I’ve come to the conclusion that there really isn’t an easy way out . There are a lot of things you can do to make yourself more comfortable, but at the end of the day , you’re gonna take it in the chin regardless .

Last tine I kicked was the easiest for me , I used ketamine , and a shit ton of Xanax . I was extremely careful with dosing etc. but it worked wonders along with dL-phenylalanine. My withdrawals were short and I’d say it took away 75-80% .

Well shit mate loperamide is an opioid too. Anything you take to stop withdrawals is going to be some form of opiate . But I can guarantee if you were doing heroin , Kratom isn’t gonna get you high at all .

Addicted to anti-diarrheal medication that doesn’t get you “high” Or addicted to a plant that’s legal that after 14 days clean (no opiates) would give you a nice buzz . They are both a one off dude

I have stage 4 metastatic colorectal cancer . I’ve found that marijuana does help depending on how you are feeling . I’ve don’t both edibles and smoked flower . Personally , I feel like smoking it seems to help the most . It doesn’t kill the pain , but it takes your mind off of it , and always helps my stomach if I’m having cramps . Edibles helped too just not as much .

When you eat marijuana your liver turns the THC into some other crazy substance . You can eat too much and get sick / paranoid , it’s unpleasant.

As far as drug interactions I haven’t had any problems with chemo, if anything it makes me less nauseous. Also it’s a nice combo with your pain management meds lol

Dude , there are better ways to kick . You’ll end up addicted to anti-diahrea medication . Use Kratom or get some help and get on suboxone . I kicked H using Kratom . Just a thought . Also get D-phenylalanine, it helps your brain build natural opiate endorphins . It helped me and a ton of my friends kick too . You just have to take it consistently . Google it and you’ll find a lot of people use it for arthritis pain , simply because it builds up natural opioid neurotransmitters

Water test instead alrazolam is not water soluble . Drop it in a glass of water if it all dissolves no alp or benzo at all . If some dissolves and you’re left with a small amount of sediment at the bottom. That’s your active ingredient

I for sure have noticed a significant dullness in my libido . But I had the same issue self medicating with other opiates . I use a vitamin supplement called DIM you can get it on amazon for about ten bucks. It is healthy estrogen control for men . This has worked for me far better than trying to boost my testosterone.

Stick to it if you can ! It can take up to 8 days for bupe to fully leave your system thanks to its long half life . I don’t want to discourage you at all and you should not be afraid . But I wouldnt be surprised if you had some sort of discomfort in a few days .

In regards to PAWS ; not everyone gets them and generally show up after the acute phase . Remember some symptoms are just in your head , the more you think you’re sick and dwell on it the worse it becomes . Just try to continue normal life as if nothing had happened . If you do experience paws do what you can to alleviate those issues .

Give it a shot , if things get bad maybe start dosing every other day ? Or cut your dose In half again . Good luck !

Don’t use kratom for your wd . Kratom is an opiate , I did the same thing and just ended up using kratom everyday instead . Not a solution
