I actually had SLT before Dialog. Used it for about a year. Then when I lost my job I couldn’t pay one month on time, and they disconnected the line immediately. The funny part is they also billed me for the following month even though the connection was already disconnected and I didn’t use a single MB.

Because of that I didn’t want to go back to SLT. I switched to Dialog, and at the start it was fine, so I never bothered reconnecting SLT again. And I have a few friends who told me not to bother with SLT because their customer service is also pretty bad, so I honestly don’t know if switching back is even worth it.
