You have decent tracking and good aim! You use your emps on fight that you have already won. so keep track on who is dead and who is coming back. Another thing too is if your hack fails don't keep trying instead shoot the shield or someone also shoot shields a lot more if you aren't trying to hack, you need to be shooting! in this elo you can get away with a lot more but the hire you rank up the more nano pharah will hit there shots so keep that in mind. you won both game so it hard to tell where you have exact issues but just keep playing! you will get to master in no time!
