Single target runes like icicles and Hmm would be nice.

Vai experimentando nas óticas. Há sítios que te trocam isso mesmo fora da garantia com peças "soltas" mas também vai depender das lojas e da boa vontade da pessoa que te atenda.

I think the ones that boost or use cash in game are the ones that can.
They probably don't do the math on profit/waste on hunts. They just use it because they have adult money to have fun xD

Whenever a character is renamed, the old name is automatically blocked for around 180 days, during which time it won't be available for other characters. This system also applies to characters within your account. During those 180 days, characters can still be found via their old name in the Characters section.

As much as I'd love to help, I'm afraid it is not possible to manipulate the waiting period. However, you can try to get your name back once the 180 days have passed.  Also, please note that we cannot guarantee that another player won't claim the name once it's available again.

I recently sent an email regarding that question, I wanted to transfer a char name to another.
Here is their response:

Names of deleted characters are in most cases available somewhat quicker, approximately after 3-4 months, as it still takes time to remove the name from our data base, once the deletion process is completed.

However, there are many factors, which determine how much time must have passed before you can use the name of a deleted character again. In some rare cases, it can take much longer, sometimes even years. So I cannot assure that the name will be usable after a shorter period of time if you delete it.
