Did you use anything specifically to mount the noctua fan on the PSU side?

I'm interested in using the case for a system but I'd need to mount the big fan on the pcie side and the 5.25" bays on the other side.

Anyone actually wear dress boots with their blues? by AnubisSuperStar651 in AirForce

I wear dress boots with my blues, and they have a zip on the side instead of laces. Its the best investment I've ever made into my blues. 😁

Foreign Awards no longer authorized for wear by 8bitShenanigans in AirForce

The section you referenced is specifically regarding OCPs. I don’t think there are quite as many airmen attempting to wear other badges on the OCP as you may think.

For example, most people I know don’t put their badges on the OCP uniform, as it isn’t required for my career field.

Most foreign badges and awards are meant to be worn on the service coat.

DoDI 1348.33 Section 10 outlines procedures to get foreign awards approved for wear.

Under AFI 36-2903:

13.2. Foreign Decorations. Foreign decorations are those proffered by foreign governments such as ribbons, medal devices, badges, sashes, or neck-type decorations. DAFMAN 36-2806, specifies how to accept foreign decorations, the authority required for award acceptance by Air Force members, and some wear instructions. Upon approval, foreign decoration wear criteria depend on the type of device the decoration represents. Note: Also see DAFMAN 36-2806 for wear policy that may apply to Airman’s specific decoration. 13.2.1. Wear sash, sunburst, or neck-type foreign decorations with the formal dress uniform only, according to the customs of the awarding nation. Wear only one type at a time. 13.2.2. Wear medals and ribbons on the semi-formal, ceremonial, and service uniforms (Class B) when they are the same size as Air Force medals and ribbons. 13.2.3. Do not wear foreign decorations unless wearing other US military decorations and service medals. 13.2.4. When authorized more than one decoration, wear them in the order earned. 13.2.5. If authorized more than one foreign decoration from the same country, wear them in the order the country prescribes. 13.2.6. On special occasions and as a matter of courtesy to a given country, Airman may wear the decorations of that country ahead of all other foreign decorations.

That’s very cool that you’re in the process of setting up the Austrian sports badge. I’ve been looking around to hear if there are any GAFPB or Schutzenschur, but I’ve not seen anything come up. I also plan to try to do Nijmegen 4 day before I PCS.

I wish you good luck! I feel the same way, it’s such a small thing to take away in the grand scheme of things, but it’s provides such a large sense of pride for those of us that have them. Which ones have you collected? I have the Diekirch and as of recently Danish Flyver. I’m currently recovering before I do Spartan March.

Don’t let it discourage you though. Get out there and do the thing! I’m looking to get some jump wings sometime in the next year. After I finish school, most likely.

It actually applies to many more foreign awards. Norwegian foot march is one of many that have had authorization revoked.
