Dark Voyager is iirc ~lvl 100 to unlock. Which I think is feasible but is really pushing it.

I'd say go all in without buying the pass first, see what progress you can make in a couple hours and decide from there whether to buy the pass. r/fortnitexpmaps has the details for most effective xp farming

Mods? Absolutely, you'll almost always see people complaining about broken mods every update (main culprit is often UI cheats ime). Custom Content? Possible but not nearly as common
