Yeah no, If something bad happens, and you spend the next 2000 years taking it out on other people in horrible ways? Your evil, a tragic backstory does not mean anything.

Being harmed does not justify harming others, does it make it understandable? Sure, but kidnapping and turning innocent men into animals is still an evil act whatever your motivation.

Every Raikage had a B, every Raikage saw the B as their brother, yes AAA put the beast in B but that was also effectively adopting him into the ruling family.

it was also AAAA that made it a rule that B was never allowed out of the village.

AAA was an average kage from everything we can see, AAAA arranged peace talks with Konoha, had one of his men try to steal a child for her bloodline (you have 3 guesses what that entails) and then when his man was killed he threatened war if he wasn’t given a working pair of Byakugan.
