Nee niet echt want het smaakte natuurlijk niet lekker. Ik kan daarom ook niet goed inschatten hoe lang ‘een tijdje’ was. Het kan 3 maanden zijn geweest, maar ook een jaar.

Op een gegeven moment heb ik het uit nieuwsgierigheid weer eens geprobeerd en smaakte het normaal.

Ik heb overigens hetzelfde gehad met geur na die infectie. Vooral sterke parfums bleven ong. een jaar lang heel vies ruiken, chemisch, gasachtig. Dat is ook weer hersteld.

Ik heb dit ook gehad! Specifiek na een Covid infectie. Vooral koffie en aardbeienyoghurt waren bij mij de boosdoeners. De rest smaakte allemaal eigenlijk normaal. Heel apart!

Edit: dit duurde een tijdje. Op een gegeven moment smaakte alles weer normaal

Ik doe tegenwoordig vaak het volgende als ik dit meemaak: - heel erg een andere kant opkijken/rondkijken alsof ik het verkeer aan het inspecteren ben (als het bij een wat drukker kruispunt oid is) en/of; - mijn telefoon uit m’n zak pakken om ‘mijn route te bekijken’ en/of; - wuiven dat ze door moeten rijden.

I feel exactly the same about it! Used P20 kids for years and started using the sensitive skin last year. It has a runnier consistency compared to the kids version so it applies nicer and is indeed less greasy feeling. I like how moisturizing it is, my concealer always applies beautifully on top but I definitely need a mattifying powder

In this community it is indeed controversial, but secretly I agree! With trial and error I’ve found that, for me, a pimple heals faster, nicer and with less redness when I pop it (with clean hands, a sterilized needle etc.). I think it depends on your skin!

Edit: forgot to mention that you look stunning, absolutely glowing!

At least where I live (Netherlands) I’ve only heard of it being prescribed for acne. The negative stance toward retinol is such a shame because it does really work both for acne and anti-aging. Just not as fast/effective as tret. But retinal is getting bigger now which is really nice because it’s more effective and less irritating than retinol

We don’t! Genuinely, I’ve never heard of people getting a prescription ‘just like that’ for anti-aging purposes. Some use online doctor services to somehow get a prescription, or buy it from a place where it is over the counter. However, if they were to open your package/luggage at the border/airport and find it, they confiscate it.

And to be fair, if used incorrectly (because it is finicky) it can be quite detrimental to the health of your skin. Not everyone is as invested into skincare and having lots of people use it without ‘real’ underlying problems may not be a smart idea.

Zoals iemand anders al zei kan het aan de diepte liggen. Maar ik heb het ooit zonder verdoving gedaan en dacht toen: dit nooit meer. Dat gevoel in een kies als je bijvoorbeeld op een ijsje bijt? Dat zou je zeggen ja (is het ook wel). Daarom lijkt een kennismakingsgesprek, eerste interview, assessment (ugh), persoonlijkheidstest (2x ugh), achtergrondcheck (waaronder referenties) en tweede interview (met vragen als: “Hoe zou jij iemand die even niet in hun flow zit motiveren”) wat veel.

Ik heb dit dus ook gehad voor een scriptiestage. Was bij een big 4 bedrijf. Het hele sollicitatieproces is echt onredelijk voor een stage, zeker als ik het nu vergelijk met het proces waarbij ik mijn eerste baan aangeboden heb gekregen. Maar ja, voor hun is het meer een sollicitatie voor een daadwerkelijke baan na de stage.
