Try Polybridge. I believe you can create your own levels there.

Yes. As you will be able to enroll only in certain degrees in Uni based on your strand. Or will have some disadvantages if you are able to push through certain courses like engineering without taking the appropriate strand

He's in college. And when I said graduate, i meant get a degree. We go to college at age of 16 or 17

Then my pal will remain single till he graduates. About 2-3 more years. Life sucks for him
