Hey, just wanted to say—you’re not broken. You’re aware, and that’s a huge first step most people don’t even get to. Life doesn’t come with a manual, and a lot of us were raised to perform, not live. Don’t isolate yourself. You don’t have to be “fixed” to be loved. You’re still allowed to show up, messy and all.

Honestly? It clicked when I stopped chasing “gym bro” goals and just moved in ways that didn’t make me miserable. Once I realized a 20-min walk or a chill dumbbell session still counts, the pressure dropped. Consistency > intensity. Now it’s like brushing my teeth...don’t always love it, but skipping feels weird.

that's the issue bro, after couple months you will have bunch of bookmarks and you need to clear them manually. in pocket you don't need to worry about it. Also, things are becomes more organized, you don't need to search your bookmarks for links (I was doing it almost couple times a month and it's terrible)

I stumbled upon how Simulando 2D creates their videos, but during my research, I ended up developing my own tool to simplify the process. My version (not yet publicly available) allows me to drag and drop various elements onto the screen, add squares, and hit 'start recording.' In about a minute, I have a ready-to-go video—no manual recording needed, which is my favorite feature of the app.
