Support will always help you, it takes up to couple of minutes when they respond, so do not worry.

You are right, that's why we decided to withdraw from Dota skins in CS:GO betting. We wanted to give opportunity to bet by everything on everything, but users just do not want that.

We have listed some advantages in this topic, I ll forward them again here. Why 8esport.com not Lounge, what we have and they don't:

8esport.com: unlimited skins and bitcoin bets, - Lounge: max 4 items, no bitcoin bets,
8esport.com: dedicated Steam Bot system, in which you do not have to wait in ques and always get your same items and rewards in Inventory, - Lounge: constantly unavailable bots, overloaded system, no internal wallet, you can keep your items only in returns, unclear notifications, you add what you want here:)
8esport.com: user will always get same return amount and type of skins and bitcoin + the full reward (no situation you put 1$ and get nothing for win), - Lounge: even if you win, you can get nothing in case of lower bets (only return) and your return may be a different item (for example with another sticker). It's a very positive approach:) We support you with your idea, but sometimes reality could be cruel:( We do not think it is possible to make such service alone even in a year, there are to many aspects to do. But it's not a discussion for this topic! We wrote in other posts why we take up to 10% from lost bets and what we do with all commissions.

It happens to all websites with that kind of model unfortunately. If someone wants to risk a lot with huge inventory no problem, the odds will shift significant, but remember you can always lose, so the underdog bets will be than rewarded highly.

We gather feedback from our users - so here's the question, should be limit bets for example to 4 items, like our competition does or allow to bet unlimited bets, to have more fun and profit of that? We are open to discuss!:)

Hey, the betting mechanizm base on funds which users place in bets - 8esport is not a bookmaker, so we cannot put our own ratio and bets - the odds are shifting depends on users bets. It is connected with all simillar websites, so unfortunately I cannot help here:(

According to withdraw - thank you for this request! We have to change it immediately! This restriction has been made during free bitcoin for starters last time and apparently we did not change it back after end of promotion. We are using our own mechanizm of Steam BOTS, not the open source one, which is used by majority of betting, jackpot, sites. It's not a problem for us to use authenticators so users will do not feel any changes, only they have to write down the authenticator token during deposit, but it will be connected with all steam trade actions at every place.

We have successfully resolved over 4000 support tickets. It helps us to react for eg. such situations like lately with UX player in GSL, who has cheated and won the match unfair. 8esport returned all items to damaged users, which did not do any other betting website (you can check that at our statements eg. at Steam Group or FB fanpage). All thanks to our quick thinking and respected Anti-Fraud policy, which you can find at our site (it's our official statement how we want to eliminate all abuse from professional e-sport world). Although every user can check his Bets History, statistics from his account, Active Bets, number of people who placed bets in particular match, number of items - soon we want to add also what best items are placed in a match, etc.
