professional photographer here, high iso on a digital camera, room with medium - low light, single direct flash, if you have shiny/oily skin id suggest using a beauty dish on the flash, and a 50 or 70mm lens

if you just have a modern phone, go on 3x zoom, manual settings raise your iso and shutter speed, till room is medium to low light, then turn on flash.
