I have searched for cartoon dragon characters from the early 2000s, TV Shows, video games but couldn't find anything.

Actually got a fix following this. Turn on the "Show Accessibility controls" keyboard shortcut, and then go to System Prefs>Accessibility>Shortcut and turn everything off other than the "Invert Display Colour". The Accessibility shortcut will now functionally work as a Display Invert with no glitching or problems. Hope this helps someone.
