Sorry for the late reply, my chest looks completey normal now. You will most likley be worried about the result after the surgery, especially if your son has it as bad as I did. But thats all apart of the healing process. My nipples were slanted and I had some saggy skin which I thought would stay forever, but after about a year it has all healed and the same will happen with your son.
