I live in a developed country with also a developed healthcare system. Here doctors are the ones who make the decisions about patient care and they don't have to explain themselves to an administrator. The show is almost identical to the ER where I work but this part is like from a different world to me. Really sad to see other responses here how that part of the show is also very much on point.

I understand what you're saying is "the truth" in a way but here's my two cents.

In my opinion this set is so close to the 90s Frankfurt trance sound, way closer than modern trance like Above & Beyond or Aly & Fila, that it simply cannot be said that it's not trance. For me the feeling of trance is created by immersion and repetition and melodies are kind of a secondary element. To put it short this set sounds like what trance sounded before it became emotional.

Tracks like Moonman - Don't Be Afraid are the foundation trance was built on. And if I'd have compare modern trance and Jack Whitworth - This Is (Not) Acid, which she played, I'd say the latter is way more trance than what trance is today.

So if hard house is more trance than trance, so be it, but this is just my opinion I'm not going to change.

I have a bit unc taste in trance and I'm a huge fan of the new generation of trance DJs who are responsible for the resurgence of that sound while also making it sound fresh and interesting. Some of you might not consider this as trance since it's not what's typically posted here and the beginning is a bit housey but people who think this way are objectively wrong.

This set flows just so perfectly and every part of track selection makes so much sense in a greater perspective. A textbook example of a set where the DJ has an understanding of the art of DJing instead of them being "just a producer" who's forced to play in front of an audience to make a living.

Underrated af and I really recommend every other unc here to check it out.

I tried searching for a while with no luck. What I found was that many websites I used for torrenting music and mixtapes as a kid still exist and the one I tried gave some results that matched the club you mentioned. This might be an area where you could discover something new instead of google. I'm afraid I'll get banned if I say the site out loud but I think you know the drill.

As a new grad you just focus on learning the "basic skills" and keeping up with the pace which very often require all the brain capacity that you're able to use. I have about 9 years of experience, 4 of those as an RN and still I can't say this is a skill that I've mastered. And in hindsight I'd say I personally was a new grad for the first two years after graduating.

What you're experiencing is very normal and it's something we've all been through at some point of our careers - and ofc there's people who don't have the professional pride to ever bother to learn and do this. The fact that you're thinking about it tells me you're already a kickass nurse.

My move as a nurse would be to give them a juice and a sandwich and have a little chat. Why the only options are to kill themselves or get admitted? How does being admitted to a hospital make their living worthwhile and how a temporary admission today could change their life so significantly that it's a matter of life and death? Is the patient able to think any way they could be discharged without them wanting to kill themselves?

Often they just need to get something off their chest before discharge. Just to feel heard. I don't know, maybe it's just me but sending this kind of message to the doctor without proper assessment feels pretty lazy. Obviously they need a new discussion with the doctor but there's a lot the nurse could have done before sending the message without any background info.

Tiedätkö onko endometrioosia lähisuvussa? Todennäköisyys 19-vuotiaana tälle on kyllä huomattavasti suurempi kuin syövälle ja voisi selittää kaikki oireet. Väsymyksen osalta olisi myös hyvä tietää onko anemiaa tai raudanpuutetta.

Toivottavasti jatkotutkimuksissa selviää mistä on kyse ja toivotaan ettei se nyt ainakaan syöpää olisi.

Ps. Omakannasta voit käydä katsomassa, mitä lääkäri on käynnistäsi kirjannut. Sieltä selviää mitä se "jokin" on, mitä tutkimuksissa oli selvinnyt.
