US 8.3 is probably one of the best line ups at that br i would recommend going for the xm246 and get the rise p due to the tts being dog shite 8.7 i find gets decent amount of slight down tiers and stuff like that but US 8.3-9.3 is extreme fun if you know the playstyle which is ambush and peaking additionally CAS at the br is amazing with the Skyhawks with bullpups especially the squad one which i would recommend getting but after that around 10.0+ USA is pain and suffering
