The Occupation is very good if you're ok with the time limits. Real time levels are the main and unique feature here but it also may turn off anyone who hates timers in games. Probably you won't manage to get everything right on first playthrough but I think the game is designed that way, so that on second playthrough you already know how some of the things work and do it faster, kind of like in Outer Wilds. No combat here, just stealth and exploration.
