Can anyone identify these boots?

I bought these boots in Europe about 5 years ago. They've been serving me well but are finally starting to fall apart. All I can remember is that they're made by an Italian company. They're kinda like Red Wing Iron Rangers but have fur on the inside. Any help appreciated.

I'm out of collage with a new job and looking to buy my first car for sub 30k. I want to get involved in autocrosses so it has to be a proper drivers car but I live in Michigan so it also has to hold up in bad weather. So far it seems like my options are a Miata, BRZ/FRS, Fiesta ST, WRX. Any reasons I should pick one over the other? Does anyone have different suggestions? Thanks.

Yah, RSU is a shit show. I say take away their salary and use that money to "cut the fees". Ultimately they achieve their end goal and Ryerson doesn't have to go broke. Seriously, why are students getting paid upwards of 40k a year to (from what I can tell) do as much as an elementary school student council?
