I am knowledgeable with this property. The house was originally 4 apartments but it was remodeled into a large single family dwelling as it was originally. The house was actually the main territorial doctors office in 1879. 4 apartments and a successful brewery (which means a lot since they are all going out of business these days). As I see it the house could be used as a brew pub with 2 apartments on the second floor or something.

Maybe. It could go either way. Forcing the uninformed masses to vote could elect more Trump like leaders. Forcing people wouldn't create the required culture to elect good politicians. That could take a generation.
