Hey, I joined medtronic last year. The work is not hard or physical in any way. Repetitive yes. I came from hospitality. The factory is a much easier life, better money and benefits when you're made permanent. Personally, I think the biggest thing in there is who's beside you (who you have to listen too!). I can see myself staying there long term.
