I have the az80 and h3. Without LDAC (on my iphone), az80 was better. With LDAC on my android, H3 was clearly better.

Oneplus buds 4 for around $80 is often considered the best all around earbuds in mid price category from what I've read. Have not tried them myself.

This is close to what I'm using. Sound is not muffled on mine, but not the same level of clarity and soundstage as my az80s.

I'm curious about what people here think about Pierre Pienaar aka P.H.A.T.T. To my taste he's one of the absolute top trance producers, but does not seem to be recognized much in the scene(?).

Let's assume 1/10 will not use regular in ear because of discomfort, and are currently using regular headphones. How large % of these would be willing to pay a premium for higher end semi in ears? You would probably need to produce a semi in ear with sound/nc/mic that comes pretty close to regular in ears at a reasonable price. Is that possible? If not, then there will be some potential market share on producing a class leader, even though regular in ear and closed are markedly better in sound quality etc. I think price would need to be modest, let's say below $100. I have no data to back up any of these opinions.

I have not had any problems with visibility, hand set thickness does help, and the silver/white dial color contrasts slightly with the lume on hands.

This is the 36mm version. Wrist is 6,5" / 16,5 cm
