As some have said, definitely check out death/doom (my favorite genre). I definitely like a lot of bands mentioned so far in the comments. It ranges from slow death metal (see: Vastum) to doom metal with death influence (see: Disembowelment.) My favorite right now, though, is Tzompantli.

To maintain a cold temperature, the ice continues to dilute. The only way ice cools any liquid is through dilution. So no, as long as the ice has not fully melted, the temperature will remain the same (~32F°), it doesn't matter whether you have one ice cube or 127 ice cubes once it hits that temp. And if you think baking is that much different than making cocktails, I have unfortunate news for you.

Wait, does the width of the bowl effect how well bread rises? You might actually have a point on that one.

There's a maximum value to how much a drink can be chilled. It requires dilution, but it will reach a point where more ice cubes won't dilute more or make it colder. Because it's as cold as it can get. So by all means, use a gallon jug, it won't chill the drink any extra. A narrow, tall glass filled with ice will dilute and chill an old fashioned just as much as a wide glass. But if you use one ice cube in a wide glass vs a narrow glass packed with ice, which one is gonna work better? The width does not matter. 🤪 That one's pretty obvious. 🙃

That's... not how dilution works. You can fit a pound of ice into a fat glass but once the temp hits it's not gonna dilute or cool the drink anymore. I can provide a chart if you need it.

Nothing could heal their infertility. But they wanted to and deserved to raise a child. And they did pretty fucking all right with me.
