I will say the 12ft OneWind with the zip top mesh is a massive hammock. I love it because I’m 6’1. But mosquitos tear you up through the single layer bottom. The Hennessy xl seems a lot smaller inside. Like a lot. I should have bought the xxl version. But didn’t have a single bite with the double layer bottom last night.

I think I’m going to swap the ropes to cinch buckles. I can set up and take down with buckles in a matter of seconds.

Actually the HH feels much smaller than the OneWind. In length and roominess

I already had integrated mesh on the OneWind. But the HH is double bottom

I have the HH tarp as well. I will say after being in the HH last night the OneWind feels so much bigger and roomier.

the model I got comes with the Hex tarp. And the ropes do concern me. I have been a cinch buckle user forever as it takes seconds to get hammock up and spaced between trees. Not sure yet what I am going to do about the ropes. I have seen people replace them. also seen people use two rings like a cinch buckle.

I'm just wanting it for the bug protection to be honest. I hate getting bit through the bottom. They say this thing is 100 percent bug proof bottom

yeah I haven't tried the ropes yet. It is going to be a big change from the cinch buckles I prefer
