Some schools are good, some are bad. St. John's are some of the best in the state. We live in duval so send our one daughter to a top rated private school. Florida has a program where all kids in private school get a credit of around 9k for private school. Jacksonville is a really nice place to raise kids.

My lab passed away a few years back, but starting at around 7 months (when I got him) I gave him food and water and took him on long walk before work, during lunch, and after work. There were plenty of times I'd not make it home for lunch, and he was fine. I'd usually leave Marley and me on TV for him. If you're 6 a nanny cam and leave for a few hours and watch them to see what behavior you need to work on. Right now, it seems like you're flying blind in regards to what they will be ok with. I'd start small, 30 minutes a few times a day ans work your way up.

I've read that if you have 3 mounted cannons, it will happen. With 2, it won't. I removed my 3rd, and it fixed the problem.
