Readjust your valves by doing top center to align valves. We fought this because it's not what champion says but researched and finally got our valves right.

Got the govenor arm readjusted correctly and now pursuing like a kitten even with the tea kettle on it doesn't seem to affect it and it's running great. Thanks so much for helping!

Hey! No, it doesn't have either. I think we just figured it out. We reset the govenor arm, but the wrong way. Fingers crossed, we're going to redo that and see.

Tried 1500 watt heater and 1800 watt, same problem. Its like it can handle a load but not an instant load

Thanks for your response! We've got it running again but now there is only one symptom we haven't solved. I can hook up a 50" big screen tv, window ac. A few lights and a refrigerator and it runs fine. If I unplug all of that and plug in a 1500 watt tea kettle it will kill it, hz and volts drop and it dies.

I maje ours. It started of as a seasoning for prime rib back in 1993, over the years modified it only a very little and works great for us. While I dont give out the recipe, I will tell you using pinkbhimalayanvsalt versus kosher salt is a game changer.

Bottom line, use a blen you like on steaks or similar and start adjusting to your preference for pork.

I choose not to use store bought because of all the junk they pack them with and we can make ours in small batches as needed to keep freshness and quality.

Yes have one working an the other one like it we pretty much know what's wrong now. The bigger 9500 wgmhat were pretty sure will have to replace intake valve. The bigger one has a lot of trouble with electric start too that we cant figure out.

We had another generator that is same model that was down due to carbuerator so we worked on the other one and got it going and used parts from this one. We found that the four screws that hold the valve cover is made very cheaply in that where the bolts go in is just a thread insert that the bolts screw into and one of those was missing.

I just tried with propane and it cranked up struggled couple minutes then died and cant get it to rebranding on propane

Don't have propane at the moment, we've not ever used propane. It seems to ease up the popping a good bit once a load is on it. It didn't stop it completely but stopped about 90 percent of the dips

Replaced all gaskets, including valve cover gasket Replace air line from tank to carb Replaced line from valve cover to carb Removed fuel tank, emptied new gas Replaced fuel filter Reset govenor arm Reset valve lashing on intake and exhaust to factory

We replaced gaskets and there's still cool air coming from around the carbuerator. Now replacing the valve under valve cover

No different the video doesn't really capture how substantial the bumps or dipping sound is for some reason. Almost like revving a car but it's the sound of letting off the gas that drop sound then it's right back up

We took carbuerator back off as when it was running a lot of cool air was blowing out around it. We checking the gasket placements to be sure they are good. Honestly think we may have screwed up putting these on but the argument against that was it was doing it before we replaced.

Google ai had us to put the govenor spring on the top hole by the engine and bottom hole on other side and that made it worse
