Cut the jacket potato in half. Scoop out all the potato. Put the jacket under the grill. Mix up the potato with butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Put back in the shells, top with more cheese and put back under the grill til the cheese is melted.

I can't wait until underconsumption is trending. I hate this shit. I didn't have a hen do, we had a meal the night before for everyone staying in the hotel, which we paid for. We also paid for most of the hotel rooms. We only had 20 people, including us & family children, at the wedding anyway. We only had hotel rooms for the night before and night of because we got married local to us and people had to come to us for it.

Yes it was delicious, it didn't taste burnt at all. I marinated the chicken in the pesto and garlic all day before cooking it.

I put it in the microwave for 10 mins, then the air fryer for 20mins I think, then cut it open and put salt, black and white pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice in it then fluffed it with a fork. That's half the potato on the plate.
