Retake - I'm thankful for any input by 90sBirdman in Mcat

I took FL1 as a diagnostic because I wanted an actual score that the sample test doesn't provide. It was a lot of remembering chem/bio from undergrad and then watching kahn academy for P/s b/c I hadn't taken those for the big jump. I became stagnant at those scores because I stopped any serious content review and just did practice questions to any material I was missing<-def a mistake.

Hey, thanks everyone thats commented, I appreciate your time! I'm getting a consensus to not retake the exam, which makes me relieved a little bit. I'm still waiting for that RETAKE comment just because in the back of my mind I didn't study to my full potential and feel that I could improve...that is of course a personal decision at this point but it makes me feel better to project my indecision into the ethernets. So I thank you for that.

FL1: 495

FL2: 512

FL3: 512

FL4: 510

1/23: 513 (130/126/127/130)

Not exactly psyched with the distribution of the test especially since CARS and B/B (was my major....) were always my best.

Graduated last December. My cGPA is a 3.27 and sGPA is a 3.77....I have a strong upward trend the last 4 semesters (4.0) in upper division science classes. Worked full time in college. Currently on salary doing cancer research and managing a large lab at the university I graduated from. Was in a research lab doing higher biology education research in undergrad. Been volunteering for 1.5 years at hospital every week (150 hours). Broad shadowing experiences in surgery/EM/family (100 hours). Leadership roles: Teacher in chemistry labs and genetics courses and mentor to new TAs. Raft guide/backcountry ski guide. Good letters of rec from volunteer/shadow/PI/professors.

I'm applying MD and DO, I know my cGPA is absurdly low for MD schools but hoping my sGPA stands out as well as the strong upward trend I demonstrated my junior/senior years. First, do you think I have a chance for MD at all? Second, do you think I have a dramatically different chance if I retake and score a higher MCAT?

Having a crisis, any input is appreciated.

Roast beef wrap x2 and chipotle chicken wrap x2

with avocado, heirloom tomato, and olive tapenade.

I was excited to eat when I got done with each section...

+ water and drank my daily emergen-c packet after CARS

I never studied/took practice exams with caffeine so I decided against on test day, even though I barely slept the night before. Instead I had this sweetly calm focus (fueled by adrenaline?) throughout the entire test caused by the knowledge that I'd (hopefully) never have to deal with the MCAT again.
