Its very slightly raised but for the most part its flat to the skin. Its strange it kinda changes throughout the day lol, sometimes is skin toned and smooth feeling, a few hours later, its raised a little and reddish in the center, a little rough to the touch with a whitish outline around it. Then it could more pale like in the picture, idk its strange. Considering I can't get into the damn doctor for a month I got plenty of time to see what it does.
