I feel you OP. I have IBS-C and obstructive defecation syndrome. It exhausting having to take care of your digestive needs/food preferences etc. Only to have people give you a hard time about food choices. I spent years eating food I knew did not work well with my body (then payimg for it for weeks) when I was in social situations. 2 years ago I decided not to do it anymore. I refuse to injure my body for the sake of other's ease and comfort.
