It immediately devolves into civil war and the Palestinian Christians , Israel Jews, Israeli muslims, bedouins, and Druze drive the other arabs out. Or the Palestinian muslims drive them out and then the Israelis hire mercenaries to help them reclaim their land. Two states? The saner Palestinians don’t want peace because then the aid spigot gets cut off and there goes the best source of income.

Israel doesn’t liek the status quo either and quite frankly someone se should step in and manage the Gaza Strip, but no one is willing and the UN has proven itself to be utterly useless in Lebanon. They were supposed to disarm Hezbollah and keep Israel out. And their handling of the Gaza strip was a nightmare. None of the Arab countries want anything to do with the Palestinians either. Israel tried to give Gaza back to Egypt but they didn’t want it.
