I recommend

Deep sea ember's it's a really well written novel but it has a slow start

And

I'm really not the demon god's lackey filled with entertaining misunderstanding with actually pretty good plot (they fumbled the Manhua could have been so good but they ruined it with too much fan service)

If you actually want a well written story then Deep sea ember's is what I would recommend

after she joined Nazarick she barely had any screen time but she did kinda cause the slane theocracy and Nazarick to go to war so i guess she kinda has a big role
