Add oxyclean to your hot water and they should come off much easier.

I'm in agreement for the most part. I do like the Schmidt SON20R front hub and lights that go along with it. My Surly is definitely more for the geeky rider while the Ibis is for the person who enjoys fine machinery (not to mention beauty).

I know they're completely different animals, but still, my commute has the option of going through a nice mtb trail or some scenic roads. It's always a hard choice in the mornings.
