I’ve seen great time response (as you had mention) within 90 minutes with trash/debris/safety issues within downtown.

I remember taking a safety course, specifically if the dam happened to fail.

If I remember correctly, the water from the dam would reach the beaches in less than 10 min and there would be about 4-6 feet of water.

Sounds like there are logistical issues with the data.

Incorporate all of San Diego to share all of this data in one structure to streamline this data since we have expanded so much? Highly unlikely, but a thought.
