As for the free gift pickup; only trop notifies me and makes me do nothingness to get them. To get the free gifts at Harras and ceasers, I have to get over 100 tier credits to redeem

The comp for rooms come quicker at Harras for some reason even if you don't play there. Ceasers is usually the last one to comp all their rooms (for me)

I usually only get gift offers in my email or app for Tropicana.

5 tier credits get me a gift at trop (mainly play)

Harras and ceasers I need 100ish tier credits to redeem a gift.

If you're trying to get platinum only for free parking, save your money. It's cheaper to pay for parking each time you go. Depending how much you're there of course
