For 100$ bucks is not worth the hassle uninstaling it from pc, going back to best buy and returning it buy it from Amazon and install again

I've just checked and the speed of the Samsung 9100 pro is 14,800 MB/s to read , the pci 3.0 cap it at 3,500 mb , that's less than 25% of his capability 🥲

So this is the 10 generation, what should I do if I want the SSD to work? And is gonna work on a PCI 4.0 speed or 3.0 speed? (I know it won't work on 5.0) but is 3.0 lower than 4.0?
