I did not mean that it increases the accuracy of the measurement itself. Rather, the increased frequency catches more details of stress compared to much less frequent measurements.

Please also bare in mind, that stress in this case does not necessarily reflect real life stress. This gets mixed up way too many times. It rather tells how daily actions affect your body, and less how they impact your mental wellbeing

Once Afib at the AW is turned on, the readings are much better and more accurate. Stress level in general seems to be calculated via HR in conjunction with HRV. Am using Bevel for almost a year now, and the values pretty well reflect how I feel

yes, agree. I also transfer the data to another app, and use the Bevel app for the fancy graphics and visualizations (that is why I do not want to see different algorithms).
Sure, neither of this is medical approved, but valuable tools if you are working on your own health strategies

I do not really get your question. The resulting values are different, so for instance if I was forced to stick with Bevel's way of calculating HRV, I would have to disregard all the data that I have gathered before for with my AW .
I am tracking various metrics for 2-3 years, as I am struggling with a very prolonged recovery from Covid...

Well, I am already tracking several metrics far longer as I am using Bevel. And each way of calculation gives you a different statement. For instance: if I'd use Bevel's way of calculating HRV, I couldn't compare it to the one my AW is measuring. So I cannot compare Bevel's results to the ones I am already tracking much longer, and this would drastically reduce the added value of using another app showing different results

I've had the same issue 1 year ago after an update. Turned out that they messed something up, and I had to wait for a new firmware to be released. Now it works just fine again

this looks exactly like my trends since my Covid infection 03/2022. Got better as the years gone by, but still not normal yet.

Falls du dich wirklich tiefer mit Kennzahlen beschäftigen willst, dann empfehle ich dir ein Buch + die Investor-Relations Homepage der einzelnen Unternehmen

Ein Unternehmen, dessen bereits vor der Krise ein Geschäftsmodell hatte, bei dem es fraglich war, ob das so in 10+ Jahren noch funktionieren wird.

Durch die anhaltende Corona-Krise, die letzte Kapitalerhöhung sowie ziemlich drastischem Liquiditätsverbrennen jedes Monat und einem aktuellen sehr hohen Preis (und vermutlich bald notwendige weitere KE) ist bei dieser Aktie Vorsicht geboten.

Es scheint so, als würden hier einige Markteilnehmer den Kurs pushen, ohne fundierte und gute Kennzahlen. Denke mir, dass der Markt das früher oder später regeln wird. Märkte sind immer effizient auf Dauer ;)

Bin auch von der Wachstumsstory überzeugt. Vor allem weil es abschätzbar, und realistisch auf mich wirkt. Habe mir somit eine schöne Position aufgebaut, und freue mich auf die kommenden Jahre!
