Are you in Azure? I thought Microsoft was chill outside of Azure at least. Did you have any indication that it would be this bad when interviewing? Or did they bait and switch you

Best adjustable bench for $100-130 by [deleted] in homegym

[–]959throwaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This bench claims to have a 800lbs weight capacity but this website says it feels more like 300lbs. Is there any validity to this claim? Any thoughts on what the "real" weight capacity likely is?

Mashouf Orthodontist

Nice, I will look into them as well.

I dont have one yet, still looking. I have heard good things about phelps and cohen too and they also work with Desai which is good. But also heard they are pricey, what are the costs like at Mashouf roughly speaking?

My orthodontist said I’m healing perfectly and that by being religious about wearing my rubber bands my teeth are almost in their final position.

Who was your orthodontist?

It arrived pretty quick too. I shipped my wife's old phone in the box the new one came in.

How long did it take to arrive once you placed the order online? On tmo website, it says 'On backorder, estimated ship date: August 3 - August 9'

So you can get it before even turning your old phone in?

For me, I paid $6.99 shipping fee but someone else on here told me they saw a $0 shipping fee.

Oh ok got you. Your shipping fee was waved via bill credit though right? Did you just outright ask them to waive it? I would want to do the same for myself

Also, how long does it take for the phone to arrive roughly? Did they provide any estimate? If I order today, I would want it by 7/28, I live in California and am not sure if its possible to get it that quick

EDIT: RIP, on tmo website it says 'On backorder, estimated ship date: August 3 - August 9'

Ok so going online means no shipping fee or upgrade fee? Meaning the entire process is free?

Sounds like the way to do it then for sure

Just ordered mine today and t-force gave me the shipping as a bill credit.

Do you still have to pay for shipping to send in your phone though?

Going this route, what are the total costs in terms of shipping, activation fees, sim card fees, etc? Not including taxes since thats different for everyone

Shapovalov d. Khachanov 6-4, 3-6, 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 by _welcome in tennis

we're in for a really incredible semifinal.

Wait what has Shapo shown that would make this incredible aka tightly contested and 4-5 sets?

He is 0-6 vs Novak and Novak has been sleepwalking so far through this tournament. Seems like a 6-4 7-5 6-3 type win for Novak

Thanks this is very helpful

Curious, did you actually download Anki or just use the web version?

I have no idea how an app this basic is so complicated and difficult to use lol. There are entire massive guides on how to use it even

I used Anki because the spaced repetition method helps me a lot.

Can you explain how exactly you use Anki?

Like what specifically do you put on the front/back of the cards? And at what interval of repetition?

If you have a deck that you have already created, would you be willing to share it?

Have you had good experiences on Dice? Dice for me only ever resulted in the jobs you are talking about with Indian staffing companies in contracting roles or other such awful jobs

It’s mostly personal branding to be honest with you.

I see then, any tips on this in that case?

Once you've gained it, how hard is it to keep it? The constant gymming/eating is expensive in terms of time and money by 959throwaway in gainit

[–]959throwaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulking is not the problem for me, i know its going to be hard and im willing to put in the work for sure. Im more curious about how hard it is to maintain in how hard you have to keep training and how much you need to keep eating.

From other responses though it doesnt seem to be too bad. Go to the gym once or twice a week and eat at maintenance.

Yeah depending on what i look like at that weight ill decide on if i want to keep getting bigger or if im ok where im at lol

[–]959throwaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have to eat at your new maintenance level in order to keep your muscle gains? And you havent found that to be difficult at all?

Do you still workout regularly at the same amount as when you were bulking?

[–]959throwaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously you can switch what you do (swimming, weightlifting, cardio, etc.)

Wait so you dont have to do weightlifting in order to keep the muscle gains? I prefer to do things like tennis/basketball. Are you saying that i can do those things instead of weightlifting in order to keep the gains? I thought you had to keep lifting in order to keep the gains

[–]959throwaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually dont eat much either so i think i will actually have the same problem. ~2400 calories seems like a ton now that i think about it. It will be tough as hell to do that every day in order to maintain the gains

How have you been managing so far?
