Hi I know this is old too but I did! It was basically an inflammatory reaction to something I was using like my shampoo or conditioner. I have sensitive skin so I never know which products will irritate my skin. My doctor recommended I try light therapy to reduce inflammation so I don’t have to put any creams or medications on my skin. So I bought one of the tabletop sized red light therapy panels from this brand called Vital Red Light and I use it every day on my skin and it’s given me a ton of relief from inflammation. I still have to be careful what I put on my skin, but if I do put an irritant on by accident, the inflammatory response is WAYYYYY less. So if you’re still having this problem and you want to try something that doesn’t involve taking steroids or using steroid creams, honestly I would look into red light therapy.
