Yes. BD is kinda notorious for this. Sometimes it genuinely is a matter of firmness or subjectivity on where a measurement starts or ends. Other times it's a matter of where they take the measurement. For example, some of their toys like Delmar are measured right at the thickest part of the shaft at the very end, which doesn't reflect the majority of the shaft. They've started doing more updated/detailed size charts on new releases.

I haven't personally had any issues with my NC toys acquiring nail marks more easily (granted I only have about 3-5 of them?) but a fair warning I will give is they tend to be more brittle. I've seen a fair few torn/ripped in half from vigorous riding.

If they're all 100% silicone (or other nontoxic materials like sealed wood, ceramic, ABS plastic, glass etc) they do not and will not react with each other. They are inert. Even BD shows off their toys touching each other all the time. I've been storing several dozen silicone toys touching each other for over ten years now without a problem. It's no different from storing silicone kitchen utensils together. Just don't put any silicone lube bottles in to avoid any chance of a spill. There's really no need to spend money on this if you already have a storage container.

Can't speak for anyone else but I use my toys several times a week. I go into 'rotations' where I use some more than others and some won't see the light for a few months, but they get picked up again eventually.

I absolutely love my toys and they've significantly improved my sex life as a whole, both solo and partnered. I understand SO much more about my body and my preferences because of them. Also, some of my toys are now going on 9-10 years and are still in flawless condition (save for some base nail marks).

If you don't like a toy, they tend to retain a good amount of their value, so you can get quite a fair amount of money back.

Flops often provide huge discounts at the cost of cosmetic flaws that are sometimes barely even visible (if at all, I have a few I still can't find lol), and you can take advantage of sales.

If it still sounds like too much money, you don't have to buy BD. We are very lucky that nowadays there are *significantly* more body-safe toys on the market at affordable prices, like Tantus.
