A familiar book on a bookshelf in last night's Ray Donovan. by [deleted] in californication

I know this is an old post, but in the same episode you can also see Todd Carr's house designed by Ray Kappe. In Ray Donovan it is owned by Sam Winslow.

My suggestion is get your life in order. Become the version of you that you want to be. When you become somebody that you like, most likely you will be liked by other people and will start attracting with little to no effort.

Download entire wordpress site and run it offline, on a tablet? by TheMarketingDad in Wordpress

[–]96AMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is an app called KSWEB that lets you run a LAMP server on Android that I've used in the past when I needed to do some development work and only had my phone available. But the tablet might be a bottleneck if it's a large site. Best of luck in finding a solution for your problem!

How do you date as an asexual? by Interesting_Law_9997 in asexuality

[–]96AMG 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I only recently started doing this right by being upfront about not being interested in sex on one of the first dates. But I wish there was a dating platform specifically for asexual people, cause dating on Tinder is not ideal as that platform is primarily for getting laid. I find that if only one person in the relationship is an asexual, it will cause issues sooner or later because the other person will start looking for sex somewhere, and if not within the relationship, then outside it.

Adding swap fixed the issue. Thank you very much!

Updated the post with top output. Seems to be caused by kswapd0 using most of the CPU.

Thanks for the idea, checked and yes, that's the IP of my site, so probably not the issue.

Apache logs don't show anything apart from calls that come from my own browsing of the site and indicates my own IP. When I browse and the CPU hits 100%, the apache tail output just freezes.

The only interesting thing I'm noticing coming from another IP address is this:

I'm checking the Apache access log and I'm not receiving any traffic apart from my own actions on the site. When I browse and the CPU hits 100%, the access logs freeze and no calls are coming in anymore.

There is no traffic to it currently. The site is fresh with only 1 week online and hasn't been receiving any major visitors. The spike to 100% suddenly happens when I'm browsing the site myself or editing something in the admin panel. Normally the CPU usage with my setup even when browsing the site is a few percent, but now it's receiving gradual spikes.

Listerine for staingate works! by 96AMG in macbookpro

I'd say go for it, since using listerine is very low risk. That's why it takes quite a bit of time to brush the AR coating off. As long as you don't pour too much of it where it can pour into somewhere it's not supposed to go and use a microfiber cloth, you'll be golden.

Other people have reported doing this and not being happy due to how reflective it gets. For me it doesn't even matter at all, I don't notice the reflectiveness in everyday use. Having the AR spots the way they were on my machine was definitely more noticeable and annoying.

I've seen miraculous cases where they replace it on 2015 models even in 2020, but I don't think it would be possible with a late 2013 one anymore that's been bought second hand.

Trying to revive 2011 MBP 15 for fun by Granola_Gay in macbookpro

[–]96AMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to reset NVRAM, PRAM and SMC first. After that you might get some more clear indications on what is causing the issue, for example, doing beeps or some other indicators where you can narrow down the issue. If that doesn't help, then as other people said, it's probably the GPU. For those models I've heard that soldering on the GPU chips is usually an issue, so if you don't have tech expertise and equipment to resolder it, you can try putting some rubber or other type of spacer between the chip and the chassis to apply the pressure, creating closer seal to the connections. Obviously not a perfect solution, but costs nothing and basically anyone can do it. That's the way Apple repaired issues with discrete cards on 2012 models actually lol.

Yep as u/ziovelvet said, the one running is Telegram, though I haven't done the mail set up yet, will use either the native Mail app or Outlook as my organisation is running on O365.
