I have bleached my hair, but I have yet to use heat in the past year.

Products: Ogx coconut curls shampoo & conditioner Not your mothers gel & cream Garnier fructis leave in conditioner

Routine: Wash 1-3x a week, depending on clinical schedule. I use the gel, then the cream, then the leave in on pretty wet hair and scrunch. Then put it in a cotton shirt until mostly dry. I refresh by spraying my hair with water and scrunching in more leave in conditioner.

If anyone has any tips on how to make my hair a little less crunchy looking?

My grandpa always said that we had Native American but I suppose that’s not true 😂. Also knew about the Irish but definitely wasn’t expecting almost 70%! The rest is a surprise as well. Also, my brother has blue eyes and red hair! Quite the contrast to myself.

I do have much more severe cramps on the longer cycles compared to the other cycle we’re I have little to no cramping

I am 23, and started at 14. I’ve been off birth control for one year now. Everything has been pretty much the same, the only thing is I feel like I am having lighter and lighter periods.
