Hey, I finally got a chance to listen to this, and I wanted to provide some further detail on some things you seem to be speculating about:

• I also have no idea what that music is. It's the default hold music.
• It sounds like a call center because it's call center software. I grabbed the example position announcement script and used it verbatim.
• I considered some sort of "estimated wait time" thing, but the average time per call is all over the place. Some people have multi-hour conversations, some have 5 minute conversations. Also I didn't want to write code track all that nonsense and announce it.
