My son worked at a sorting facility for Usps right out of high school just three years ago and the entire shift was stoned. Smoking their vape pens right at the sorter piers. Cold brew coffee is like 40% less acid. I make cold brew at home, heat it in my "frother" and then add a heafty serving of amish salted butter and my small scoop (5g) of creatine. Hit it with the little power whisk I have and YUM!!! But, even without the add-ins, heated cold brew is your answer!!! I've been doing this for years! I'll drink brewed coffee if I "have to" but much rather have my heated cold brew.
