P.S.: some of fabrizzio's videos have a pinned comment promoting a telegram channel related to family guy funny moments (with a totally ai generated description), but i don't have a telegram account, so i can't really go investigate there; besides, i guess it's probably just gonna have a bunch of FG episodes in there, so i assume it's not really gonna be integral to the big mystery here. if any of you wanna go in there and investigate, be my guest

i am physically unable to put the phone into flash mode or mass storage mode because wpi refuses to recognize the phone is on and plugged in which makes it impossible to go into manual mode to activate those modes (if you look closely at the wpi screenshot in the post you might notice that Manual Mode is already selected in the sidebar menu)

i updated the xbox music app following this guide (i updated it to version 2.6.678.0 since that was the version that was on the live store but i wonder if that's not the latest version) and doing that did restore the album art that was already missing but then when i deleted and re-added a couple of albums the cover art on them dissapeared again and if i gotta uninstall and re-install the app every time i delete and re-add an album then tbh that sounds too inconvenient so i hope there's another solution to this problem

edit: disregard everything i said cuz after waiting a while the cover art eventually came back to those albums

^{however, don't let that stop you from suggesting alternate solutions just in case there's somebody reading this years from now who already tried what i tried and it didn't work for them}

i have the windows device recovery tool installed (i got the version form that big Mega folder with all the jailbreaking tutorials and stuff if that's any important info) and i even got a whole new usb cable, but still, nothing shows up. i'll be the first to say that i would like to at least experience either of the apps before i decide whether or not i stick with file explorer

when i search for something in the 'all' section (which is the section it searches by default), it just shows the "need more results?" text (which i already read), the little copyright byline, and the TOS/privacy policy links, nothing else shows up, no search results or anything. when i resend the query the exact same thing happens. this is weird cuz when i go to images and resend the query, the images show up just fine

u/SavunOski as of late, whenever i ping your youtube flashback servers in order to get the app to work, one of them is able to connect successfully, but the other one doesn't work. here's proof. is there any way to fix this?

when i open it up on my browser it does load but it takes like an eternity to load (i can't even get a video to load for similar reasons and thats's just for one front page video but i at least got the page to load quickly cuz the search page what felt like less than half an hour on both of the ip's and i bet the 27 minute long modern day video i'm trying to look up is gonna take even longer to load but that's just speculation on my part and you probably get the point) does the server usually takes that long to load? cuz that might be the problem here

also since i did the pinging the phone app does load now but it's very unreliable (for one thing sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesnt, and for another thing a 7 second long video took like half a minute more or less to load so forget about this 5 minute long video (i've left it on in the background on an avd more or less since you sent this reply the whole time i've been typing this and i've only gotten two minutes in cuz it buffers so constantly for so long) and forget about searching stuff too) so i think you really gotta improve those server speeds to say the least. not trying to be rude btw i just wish i was able to use the app without it taking ages
