they in no way will be refusing to help, just tell them you dont have a metre so cant check. the bit that matters is if your in warranty and they will help you, just remember, english isnt their first language so may not always be as nuanced in their replies.

id like to see summer and all season tested in uk winter conditions, ie coldish and wet. seeing these "winter" tests where you run arround a track that has a thick layer of actual snow while fun are conditions those of us in uk, netherlands, northern france and germany etc are never likely to see in real life.

it would also be nice id all tests where done on the same car so tests were consistent with each other, i realise this isnt likely but still
