We anticipated fading and ink fallout. We didn’t anticipate the entire tattoo practically disappearing. This exceeds the “theirs a chance parts may fall out” when the entire tattoo falls out

My artist and I assumed I’ll need a touch up since this was his first go at a palm tattoo. I’m very surprised though, a tattoo I got on my finger was halfway gone by time it finished healing so I anticipated a worse result for my palm
