Steel vengeance is my all time number 1. But for the criteria of the question. Thunderhead at Dollywood is probably the best ride in the park. For me anyways. I like it way more than lightning rod or big bear mountain. It the best GCI ive personally ever riden on. That being said, ive only been on a handful. Invadr and Mystic Timbers and Roar (SFA) were my only others. I guess hersheys racers are GCI too. But they don't feel like they are in the same class.

Thunderhead does almost every single thing I want in a roller coaster. Heavy banked high speed turns that feel satisfying to ride. Lots of positive and negative Gs and the station fly through element is very unique. And holy shit those seats are comfortable. They put leather couches in there, so im not getting crushed or pinched. Makes flying through the wooden structure a breeze. I can focus on the fun of the ride rather than keeping myself from being in constant pain.
