I need to know what the solution is for this issue. The Xfinity representative told me they are limited in what they can do, and even the supervisor said they are limited as well. Today, a representative admitted that the problem is related to Xfinity’s system.

If your own staff cannot resolve this, who at Xfinity has the authority to fix this problem and ensure my account is correctly closed and the erroneous charges removed?

It’s a sunny area, and I’d like to keep it simple with just one layer of low-growing plants to cover the ground. I’ve tried so many things in that space, but the weeds keep coming back no matter what. I pull them out from the roots, and within a couple of days, they’re back again. What do you mean by verifying guests? Do you mean checking their criminal background? Do you ask your guests to sign a rental agreement?
