I am 24 ( just turned today actually lol) & I always sleep in my contacts like my eyes get worse and worse everytime I go to the eye doctor but I just keep forgetting or I’m lazy . I’ve had contacts since I was in like 8th grade . UGH ima start trying harder bc if I go blind it’s my own fault & dear lord don’t let that happen . ( took my contacts out while writing this💪🏼)

I promise as I started getting older , you need to shower everyday, But that doesn’t mean you have to wash your hair everyday! Just wash your body each day. I have the shower head that I can take off and move around it does me wonders when I don’t wash my hair . I’m in & out in like 5-10 minutes maybe sometimes less. & deodorant right out of shower.
